3Lingua offers modular prices adapted to your needs. We custom build our budgets to suit your needs in writing and without any nasty surprises in the form of small-print. Payment, unless otherwise specified in the contract, will be made when the project is delivered and can be carried out by bank transfer, PayPal or www.transferwise.com (outside of the Euro zone)

Translation

The price is calculated per word based on the source document. However, other variables are taken into account such as the text format (audio, editable text etc.), difficulty and complexity, word count and repetitions of fragments, the type of translation and, of the utmost importance, the source and target language. The standard price is around €0.04 and €0.15 per word for the most frequent languages (English, Spanish, French and German).

An exception to this rule are juridical translations (legal, certified) and specialist (technical) translations. Legal translations range between €0.08 and €0.20 per word or depending on the case €20 and €60 in line with all of the factors indicated above. Our aim is always to negotiate the best possible price with our providers, charging to lowest commercial margins possible.

Recording services

This is charged per minute of audio and / or video. Also worth bearing in mind is the important factor of post-editing required for this type of task

Teaching

This service is normally invoiced per hour, though the standard reference rate is from €25 per hour, depending on the amount required.

Interpreting

Pricing is usually budgeted on a half-day or full-day basis, by hours or even on the number of minutes the provided service lasts. We are flexible, what we seek out is your satisfaction and for you to trust our linguistic services. The reference price ranges between €30 and €50 per hour for the most frequent languages (English, Spanish, French and German.
